We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery charges are calculated by zone based on your delivery postcode.

Care Store Delivery Zones

Selecting Your Delivery Zone

When you place an order, you will be asked to select your delivery zone. Please choose the correct zone for your delivery address.

If you are located outside Zone A or Zone B, please contact us for a delivery quote before placing your order. Orders placed with an incorrect delivery zone cannot be processed until the correct carriage charge has been applied.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery is 1-2 working days following dispatch.

We process orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 working days of receipt. During busy periods or for items not held in stock, processing may take longer. We will contact you if there is any significant delay.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Large and Heavy Items

Certain items require arranged delivery due to their size or weight. These include:

  • Profiling beds and bed frames
  • Patient hoists and lifting equipment
  • Care home furniture
  • Palletised goods
  • Items over 30kg

For these items, we will contact you after your order is placed to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and that there is adequate access to the delivery location.

Delivery Process

Standard items: Delivered by APC Overnight or similar courier service. A signature may be required on delivery.

Large items: Delivered by specialist carrier. Delivery is to ground floor threshold only unless otherwise arranged. Please contact us before ordering if access is restricted or if you require delivery to an upper floor.

Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Receiving Your Delivery

Please inspect all packages on arrival. If packaging is damaged, note this on the delivery paperwork before signing. If goods are damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or return it to the depot for redelivery. Redelivery charges may apply for failed deliveries.

International Delivery

We can deliver to international destinations on a quote-only basis. Please contact us with your delivery address and order details for a quotation.
